Write property listing descriptions
Who did it: Randy Baruh, NYC real-estate broker
Gives ChatGPT the address, ceiling height, appliance brands, amenities and nearby spots, asking for the listing to start and end with the address for search; then reviews carefully for repetition and errors.
Time saved: A listing that could take several hours now takes under an hour (per source)
Steps
- List the property's facts (address, size, features, nearby).
- Ask for a description; request the address at start and end.
- Review closely for errors and repetition.
- Send to the seller for approval.
