FirstAIWin is a small section of pithelo.com run by Sotirios Goulas. This page explains, in plain words, what the site actually collects and what happens to it.

No cookies, no ad tracking

We don't set cookies, run ads, or use tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and gives us page-view counts without identifying you.

Hosting

FirstAIWin is served on pithelo.com (at pithelo.com/firstaiwin) by Cloudflare Workers, with a Cloudflare D1 database for votes, submissions and newsletter signups. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

The newsletter

The signup form on this site saves your email in our Cloudflare D1 database and then sends you to Beehiiv (firstaiwin.beehiiv.com) to confirm. Beehiiv stores and processes your email to send the newsletter. You can also subscribe directly on Beehiiv.

Unsubscribe any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

"Share your AI win" submissions

When you send a win, we store what you typed (job, task, tool, prompt, result, how you want to be credited, and your email if you give one) along with your consent and the date. Nothing is published automatically: we review it first and may edit it before publishing. Your email is only used to contact you about your submission and is never published.

Votes

When you vote on a recipe, we only add one to that recipe's counter. We don't record who voted.

Spam and abuse protection

• Forms have a hidden "honeypot" field. If a bot fills it in, nothing is stored.
• To limit how often forms and votes can be sent, we keep a short-lived counter keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, per minute. We don't store your IP address itself, and old counters are deleted automatically.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent anything we collect. It is only shared with the services named above that run the site.

Deletion and questions

To have your submission or email removed, or to ask what we hold about you, email info@pithelo.com. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
